Open Pole is self-guided studio time to practice pole skills and dance, with no instructor present. Share the space thoughtfully, take turns using the sound system, and warm up before practicing. Practice pole tricks you’ve learned and feel confident performing at your current level. For everyone’s safety, students should not spot one another.
Freedom to explore.
Open Pole is unstructured studio time for members to move, play, and deepen what you're learning in class, on your own with no instructor present. Lights low, no mirrors, no pressure, just you, the pole, and the space to follow your body.

When to drop in.
Practice your favourite pole tricks in a large space with high ceilings. Book online and take the room at your own pace.

Take time to warm up and move within your range. Please only practice tricks you know you can do without a spot.

You may be sharing the studio with other members. Be friendly, share the sound system, and bring the same respect and care we bring to every class.
