  • Students may bring one friend a month for free

  • If their friend signs up for membership the day of their S Factor Intro, the student gets a $50 studio credit to be used for retail or workshops.  

  • All friends must have a Discovery Session prior to free class and must be local to the Bay Area to get free class.

Steps

New Students Start Here

Start with a 30–40 minute Zoom Discovery Session to introduce Sisters In Motion and our mission. An Ambassador will explain classes, programs, and memberships, ensure a good fit, answer questions, and warmly welcome brand new students to our studio.

Take Your 1st Class

New Students take the Intro to S Factor class. A 1.5 hr S Factor Dance + Pole class led by a trauma informed instructor, ready to cheer every student on and introduce every woman to a magical self exploration and feminine embodied movement.

Join Our Community

New Students join a community of badass women dedicated to an embodied journey of self love, self discovery and awakening the parts of themselves that have been hidden!
