GUILTY PLEASURES

I love TV

Like, REALLY love it

It is my escape

It is my guilty pleasure to watch a movie or a show or 7

on the weekends. The TV is not on during the week.

Go ahead and judge me. I have done that a good portion of my life. It is only as I cross over into *GASP* Middle age have I found not to give a shit.

I love to escape into my living room on my comfy sectional, lights dimmed, hot tea in hand, heating pad on my lower back. God I sound old. I LOVE emerging into the drama, the laughter, the shock, the fear and the people. I look forward to it. It is even more enjoyable when I have company who will partakes in my lazy activity.

STOP FEELING GUILTY:

But I am curious.....

What is YOUR guilty pleasure?

Can you partake in its BLISS fully or does a part of you latch onto the guilt part?

I say, let's DROP THE GUILT and go straight for the PLEASURE. I mean, we are all going to die anyway, so we may as well get some enjoyment out of our spins around this globe as we hurl ourselves through space with reckless abandon.

Disclaimer: That of course is not to say throw all responsibility to the wind and go skipping off naked through the forest with a bottle of wine. Get your shit done, be a good person, help others and then be free in your Guilt-Free indulgence of a Solid Netflix Binge
